This is a group for anyone interested in kickboxing. Our class is designed as a fun social atmosphere where everyone holds the top of the line Muay Thai Fairtex Pads for each other. Sessions begin with footwork and a light warmup followed by a series of combinations that we work on the pads with boxing gloves provided by our gym.
